We ask for a 20% deposit on longer services that are tricky to fill last minute. It helps keep our private, appointment-only vibe intact. Don’t worry—your deposit goes towards your final bill and stays valid for 3 months.

The simplest approach is to book online via the website or by downloading the Spaces for Wix app, which conveniently rewards your loyalty points. You can view real-time availability and select the service you require — no endless back-and-forth. If you prefer to chat first, Chris is available 24/7 on WhatsApp for questions or a quick sanity check before you dive in.

Yes — this is a one-chair salon, so your appointment is private and unhurried. No waiting room full of strangers, no background noise, just proper attention on your hair for the whole visit.

It depends on the service and your hair, because hair rarely reads the booking notes. The booking system gives an estimated duration, and if anything needs a little more time, Chris will let you know so you’re not rushing off mid-gloss.

You can book Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10:00–18:00, Wednesday from 10:00–19:00, and Saturday from 09:00–17:00. We’re appointment-only, so it’s best to check live availability before you plan your day around us.

If there aren't any other appointments available and only Sunday works for you, we may be able to open up on a Sunday or a Monday for you, upon request.

Balayage pricing depends on your hair’s length, thickness, and the product needed. A full head starts at £60 for short hair and £120 for longer or thicker hair.

Colour correction costs depend on your hair’s condition and the work involved. We’ll give you a quote during your consultation or a guide price on the day—no surprises, just fabulous results!

You’ll find Dawson Hair & Imaging at 90A Trafalgar Street, Brighton, BN1 4ER, in North Laine. It’s a private one-chair studio, so check your booking confirmation before you set off.

You can pay by card, PayPal, or in person at the salon. If you’re booking online, the available payment options will show at checkout. If you’re unsure which one to use, just ask on WhatsApp and we’ll help.

If you need to move or cancel your appointment, message us on WhatsApp or reply to your booking confirmation as soon as you can. We’ll always do our best to help you reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged in full.

Yes — the products you see online are available UK-wide. Just place your order through the site and choose your delivery option at checkout. No need to make the trek to Brighton unless you fancy it.
