Book a consultation at Dawson Hair and get a personalised hair assessment and skin sensitivity test. New clients looking to explore colouring services must schedule a skin sensitivity test 48 hours prior. During the consultation, you can discuss any hair-cutting or colouring services, and for those who are new to colouring, we offer the skin sensitivity test, all free of charge.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, which is why we've designed our cancellation policy to be as flexible as possible. If you need to cancel, simply reschedule by booking another appointment. We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments changed with less than 48 hours’ notice will be invoiced for the cost of the haircut, and that amount will be retained as a deposit for the rearranged booking. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full, as it is usually not possible to refill the appointment slot at such short notice. Missed appointments without notice will be treated as a late cancellation and charged accordingly. Remember, we're here to support you.
