We’re open Tuesday and Wednesday (10:00–18:00), Thursday (10:00–20:00), Friday (10:00–18:00), and Saturday (09:00–17:00). It’s appointment-only, so check availability and book a time that works for you!

Sundays aren’t our usual gig, but if it’s your only option, drop us a WhatsApp message (icon’s in the footer) and we’ll see if Chris can make it work.

Ideally yes, it also gives good opportunity to have a chat about your hair. In the event that schedule is tight, and popping in before hand wold be a trouble then you have the option of signing a simple disclaimer to state your happy to for Chris to go ahead with the colouring service.

We ask for a 20% deposit on longer services that are tricky to fill last minute. It helps keep our private, appointment-only vibe intact. Don’t worry—your deposit goes towards your final bill and stays valid for 3 months.

If there aren't any other appointments available and only Sunday works for you, we may be able to open up on a Sunday or a Monday for you, upon request.

Balayage pricing depends on your hair’s length, thickness, and the product needed. A full head starts at £60 for short hair and £120 for longer or thicker hair.

Colour correction costs depend on your hair’s condition and the work involved. We’ll give you a quote during your consultation or a guide price on the day—no surprises, just fabulous results!

We’re on the 1st floor above a shop called 'Timeslip'—look up as you stroll up Sydney St. Look for a plant shop on the corner. Follow the road round onto Redcross St untill you see the Met College, Our entreance sits to the left just before its main gates. Just press the doorbell and Chris will either come and get you or speak to you over the intercom.

You can pay by card, PayPal, or in person at the salon. If you’re not sure which method to use, just ask on WhatsApp and we’ll point you in the right direction — no drama, no detective work.

If your plans change, let us know as soon as you can via WhatsApp or by replying to your booking confirmation. Our policy states that if you must give more than 24 hours' notice, any less and the full price will apply. We'll always do our best to help you move things around — life happens, and hair can wait a sensible amount of time.

Yes — free hair assessments and virtual consultations are available, especially if you’re a new client or planning a bigger colour change. It’s a good way to talk through your goals, your hair history, and what’s actually realistic before you sit in the chair.

Absolutely. Curly hair needs a bit more respect than a one-size-fits-all cut, and that’s very much our thing. Whether you want shape, movement, definition, or just less of the usual triangle situation, we’ll tailor the cut and care to your texture.

Yes — and we only suggest products we’d happily use ourselves. You can shop Chris’s curated range online, including K18, Wella Professionals, and colour-safe treatments, so your hair doesn’t lose the plot between appointments.
