It uses a patented bioactive peptide (K18PEPTIDE™) to reconnect broken keratin chains, restoring up to 99% of hair's elasticity and strength. The K18 Repair Service is an intensive, salon-exclusive treatment that reverses hair damage from bleach, colour, chemical services, and heat in just 4 minutes. Powered by the patented K18PEPTIDE™, it travels deep into the hair's core to reconnect broken polypeptide chains and restore hair's strength and elasticity. The treatment generally involves either a two-step fortification-and-repair process or a more comprehensive three-step system.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, which is why we've designed our cancellation policy to be as flexible as possible. If you need to cancel, simply reschedule by booking another appointment. We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments changed with less than 48 hours’ notice will be invoiced for the cost of the haircut, and that amount will be retained as a deposit for the rearranged booking. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full, as it is usually not possible to refill the appointment slot at such short notice. Missed appointments without notice will be treated as a late cancellation and charged accordingly. Remember, we're here to support you.
