On hand to offer any advice or for a hair assessment, award-winning Certified Wella Professionals Consultant Chris from Dawson Hair & Imaging is providing free, virtual hair consultations as an extra measure to help aid the end of COVID-19. This will include a free hair assessment in orer to determine the desired shade for you, to advise you on which products are best for you and your hair type, or to discuss product recommendations/ what to avoid/ tips and tricks, any hair concerns and, well, pretty much anything hair. .

Cancellation Policy

We all know that life sometimes gets in the way. That's why we try to be flexible when cancelling appointments. If you must cancel, please reschedule by rebooking another. You can do this by signing into your member's profile via the website (by clicking 'Book Online' then 'Sign In') or via the Wix Spaces App. If you have any issues or don't see the day or time that suits your best, please get in touch with Chris, either by messaging him on our business WhatsApp, giving him a call, or you can reply to this email, and he will see what he can do for you. PLEASE NOTE: We will take a fee for no-shows and cancellations that aren't rescheduled on that day. The fee will be 50% of your expected bill and held as a deposit until your next appointment. You will receive an invoice or a payment link to be made payable on the same day you rebook to ensure you can get a suitable time and day. The deposit will only be redeemable if your rescheduled appointment falls within the three months.
