PRICING For Cut & Colour pricing the shown guide is inclusive of a cut and blow-dry. For Colour Only services the blow-dry price is also included in the listed guide price. The price listed price is used as a general guide price. Pricing is based on factors such as length and thickness of hair as well as time, amount of product used as well as any add on services added at request, or any styling services for finishing at request. WHAT SERVICES MAY ALTER THE FINAL PRICE? Add on services we offer include the popular Colour Motion+ with WellaPlex Bonding and Shine Boosting Treatment. Promising stronger, shinier hair with *up to 8 weeks of colour maintenance this is Wella Professional's most advanced premium colour service to date. *When used with Colour Motion+ Mask at home. Others include any deep nourishing & conditioning treatments, or one of our tone and shine-enhancing glossing services- a great add-on for a quick shine-boosting treatment preceding any haircut for the ultimate finish. BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT... If you are new to Dawson Hair & Imaging and wish to enquire about a colour service, we advise you to request a complimentary consultation a minimum of 48 preceding your booked service a skin sensitivity test and a chat. It’s only a 15-minute appointment to talk through your expectations and expected outcomes, determined by your existing colour history and condition etc. In the event you can't find time to book a consultation, a disclaimer will need to be signed preceding the application on the day of your booking.

Cancellation Policy

(The following only applies to cancellations or rescheduled appointments) We all know that life sometimes gets in the way. That's why we try to be flexible when cancelling appointments. If you must cancel, please reschedule by rebooking another. You can do this by signing into your member's profile via the website (by clicking 'Book Online' then 'Sign In') or via the Wix Spaces App. If you have any issues or don't see the day or time that suits your best, please get in touch with Chris, either by messaging him on our business WhatsApp, giving him a call, or you can reply to this email, and he will see what he can do for you. PLEASE NOTE: A fee will be taken if you can't give more than 48 hours' notice before your appointment. The fee will be 50% of your expected bill and will be held as a deposit until your next appointment. You will receive an invoice or a payment link to be made payable on the same day of cancellation. The deposit will be used against your bill at checkout on the day of your rescheduled appointment and will be available for any booking services. We will retain the deposit for three months from the date of cancellation. However, we advise you to rebook that day to ensure you can get a suitable time and day. The deposit will not be redeemable if your rescheduled appointment falls outside the three months.
