For new clients, schedule a Consultation and patch test today to discuss how we can make the hair of your dreams come true. BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT... If you are new to Dawson Hair & Imaging and wish to enquire about a colour service, we request you book a complimentary consultation a minimum of 48 hours before your booked service, a skin sensitivity test and a chat. It's only a 15-minute appointment to discuss your expectations and expected outcomes, determined by your existing colour history, condition, etc. If you can't schedule a consultation, a disclaimer must be signed before the application on the day of your booking. PRICING The listed price is a general guide price. Pricing is based on factors such as length and thickness of hair, time, the amount of product used, and any additional services such as treatments or styling services for finishing at request. Regrowth must be no longer than 6-8 weeks from previous service for a single application. Regrowth over an inch may require specialist techniques and a double application. Any additional bleach applications will incur an additional fee of 50% of the original cost of one application.


Cancellation Policy

We all know that life sometimes gets in the way. That's why we try to be flexible when cancelling appointments. If you must cancel, please reschedule by rebooking another. You can do this by signing into your member's profile via the website (by clicking 'Book Online' then 'Sign In') or via the Wix Spaces App. If you have any issues or don't see the day or time that suits your best, please get in touch with Chris, either by messaging him on our business WhatsApp, giving him a call, or you can reply to this email, and he will see what he can do for you. PLEASE NOTE: We will take a fee for no-shows and cancellations that aren't rescheduled on that day. The fee will be 50% of your expected bill and held as a deposit until your next appointment. You will receive an invoice or a payment link to be made payable on the same day you rebook to ensure you can get a suitable time and day. The deposit will only be redeemable if your rescheduled appointment falls within the three months.
