Service Description

This 10-minute express service; a long-lasting semi-permanent and perfect addition to compliment your haircut will provide a soft veil of luminous tone to neutralise unwanted brassy tones, provide rich undertones for brunettes or even a crystal glaze to give your hair healthy, long-lasting shine. The perfect precursor to a haircut, like any mask or Conditioning treatment is applied at the backwash post-shampoo and can provide stunning, transformational results in just 10 minutes with an incredible mirror-shine effect. Leveraging the power of Wella Professionals Colour Motion+ range, it guarantees luminous shine and lasting effect for up to 6 weeks. Indulge in its magic as it smoothens the cuticles with exclusive Balanced pH technology, delivering a healthy-looking shine and a silky hair feel. Cancellation Policy

(The following only applies to cancellations or rescheduled appointments) We all know that life sometimes gets in the way. That's why we try to be flexible when cancelling appointments. If you must cancel, please reschedule by rebooking another. You can do this by signing into your member's profile via the website (by clicking 'Book Online' then 'Sign In') or via the Wix Spaces App. If you have any issues or don't see the day or time that suits your best, please get in touch with Chris, either by messaging him on our business WhatsApp, giving him a call, or you can reply to this email, and he will see what he can do for you. PLEASE NOTE: A fee will be taken if you can't give more than 48 hours' notice before your appointment. The fee will be 50% of your expected bill and will be held as a deposit until your next appointment. You will receive an invoice or a payment link to be made payable on the same day of cancellation. The deposit will be used against your bill at checkout on the day of your rescheduled appointment and will be available for any booking services. We will retain the deposit for three months from the date of cancellation. However, we advise you to rebook that day to ensure you can get a suitable time and day. The deposit will not be redeemable if your rescheduled appointment falls outside the three months.
