Service Description
At Hair and Imaging, we believe that every client deserves to have the hair of their dreams. That's why we offer a consultation and skin test service for new clients who haven't visited our salon before. This service is recommended 48 hours before a coloring appointment and allows us to ensure that you don't have any skin sensitivities to our products. During the consultation, we will discuss your hair goals and work with you to create a plan to achieve them. Trust us to help you look and feel your best.The consultation involves a 1on1 chat about your desired look. A skin sensitivity test should be carried out 48 hours preceding any colour service.
Cancellation Policy
We all know that life sometimes gets in the way. That's why we try to be flexible when cancelling appointments. If you must cancel, please reschedule by rebooking another. You can do this by signing into your member's profile via the website (by clicking 'Book Online' then 'Sign In') or via the Wix Spaces App. If you have any issues or don't see the day or time that suits your best, please get in touch with Chris, either by messaging him on our business WhatsApp, giving him a call, or you can reply to this email, and he will see what he can do for you. PLEASE NOTE: We will take a fee for no-shows and cancellations that aren't rescheduled on that day. The fee will be 50% of your expected bill and held as a deposit until your next appointment. You will receive an invoice or a payment link to be made payable on the same day you rebook to ensure you can get a suitable time and day. The deposit will only be redeemable if your rescheduled appointment falls within the three months.
