Our expert Wella Professionals colourist, Chris, will collaborate with you to create a personalised palette that enhances your natural beauty and complements your best features. During an in-depth consultation, Chris will discuss your hair aspirations and tailor the experience to meet your needs. If you wish, he can create a personalised colour chart using bespoke colours specifically formulated for your skin tone and eye colour. These colours are applied to real hair wefts, allowing you to discover your ideal shade and visualise your stunning new look. This service goes beyond mere hair colouring—it's an artisanal experience crafted exclusively for you. Allow us to help you turn your hair dreams into reality with a colour palette that is as uniquely brilliant as you are.
キャンセルポリシー
We understand that life can be unpredictable, which is why we've designed our cancellation policy to be as flexible as possible. If you need to cancel, simply reschedule by booking another appointment. We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments changed with less than 48 hours’ notice will be invoiced for the cost of the haircut, and that amount will be retained as a deposit for the rearranged booking. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full, as it is usually not possible to refill the appointment slot at such short notice. Missed appointments without notice will be treated as a late cancellation and charged accordingly. Remember, we're here to support you.
