If you cancel within 24 hours before your appointment, you can avoid a fee by rescheduling another appointment within 24 hours with a deposit payment towards your next. The deposit amount is the expected cost of the bill, and will be held until your next appointment. Please remember that the deposit is redeemable only if your appointment is rescheduled within 24 hours of the missed appointment.
